Ok lads don’t be afraid of this one…..it’s a sinch!
Boil some water (2 parts water to 1 part rice is the best ratio)
Add a table spoon salt to the water as its boiling
Rinse the rice (I use basmati) in a strainer under cold water and pop it in the pot with lid on for 11 minutes (approx) you should see mini holes with steam shooting out at this point.
Done! Pour excess water off using a strainer give it a quick stir and you’ve got perfect rice.
